 To
complete the automatic flow pack wrapping line there is PFM's grouping system for
multipacks , which enables multiple products to be wrapped, in order to meet modern
marketing requirements.
The wrapped products on leaving the flow pack machine, after the first wrapping stage, can
then be grouped vertically or horizontally, at random or in a specific order.
Suitable containers for this process may be rigid, such as preformed trays or cardboard
supports, or else obtained from a roll of pre-cut forms which are made up automatically.
Because PFM's machines are highly specialized they ensure high operational efficiency,
while keeping running costs to a minimum. |

 ROBOTIC CAROUSEL
The robotic Carousel is a cartoning
centre comprising a 2 axle robot in aluminium and a rotating steel plate for collecting
the products, constructed so as to guarantee a perfectly level surface. The materials and
construction of the carousel ensure the highest level of hygiene, even in the most caustic
environments.
The machine has been designed so that it can be fitted with various pick-up system for
moving the widest range of products. This model allow maximum accessibility which makes
any checks or maintenance easy to carry out. |

 CAROUSEL FEEDER WITH

MOVEMENT
This feeding system is suitable for creating
multipacks. It consists of a horizontal carousel which transfers products from the flow
wrapper into a secondary packaging machine to produce the multipacks. The system is
capable of high speeds and is extremely flexible. It is electronically controlled,
designed to facilitate case of maintenance. All guards can be quikly removed without the
use of special tools. |

 TRAY DENESTER
This modular system automatically removes
trays from a stack and places them directly onto the infeed of a flow wrap machine. The
system can be either mechanical or pneumatic, with pincers or suction pads to suit the
particular tray. |
